This program is funded by Communities In Schools of Georgia and it is designed to get the community involved in the lives of the students and to work with the schools to ensure that no student drops out of high school and has positive adult interaction in their lives.

It provides services to families by eligibility that consist of transportation, job search, job readiness, educational counseling, energy assistance, housing & prescription assistance , weatherization, food/clothes bank, crisis intervention, and information networking.
This program is funded by the Department of Human Resources. It provides preventive and interventive educational training to families at risk in Warren County utilizing an assessment and an Individual Service Plan. This program provides a holistic approach that includes the whole family and serves the needs of all individuals simultaneously to gain total family results. The efforts of this program are focused on promoting permanency, safety and stability for children and families.
